The concept of the Fosforeira Galeries project was based on the rehabilitation of the former F\u00e1brica de Fosforos building, which once belonged to the Fosforeira Portuguesa company. The unique design of the old factory unit, combined with the privileged access in and out of the city and the proximity to all kinds of services and facilities, stood out as unique assets for the requalification of the complex.<\/p>

In an effort to keep alive the memory of an equipment that shaped the history of the county, the fa\u00e7ades keep the architectural elements of the old factory resulting in an unusual combination between the charm and grandeur of industrial architecture and\u00a0the aesthetics of modern construction.
